• Return Authorization required - email us at support@sensu.co
• Provide your sensu.co order number.
• Your item(s) must be returned within the first 30 days of your purchase.
• Your item(s) must be received in like new condition in the original, undamaged packaging.
• No restocking fee will be applied to your eligible refund if your authorized return is received within the first
30 days in the condition mentioned above.
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if your item(s) is received after the first 30 days,
or if the original packaging is damaged.
• The shipping charges you paid to receive your order will not be refunded.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

• The item(s) authorized for return must be in its original, undamaged packaging and received in like new
condition.
• A Return Authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing us at support@sensu.co
• All documents and accessories shipped with the item(s) ordered must be included in the package.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us.
